BANAMIND provides construction management software including photo documentation, project tracking, team collaboration tools, and AI-powered features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BANAMIND services are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it for providing our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
BANAMIND shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
